No Action Skill / Skill Point Run - Possible?

Do you guys think it would be possible to do a full playthriugh without using your action skill, or, even crazier, without using your action skill OR applying any skill points you receive?

Lets go a softer route: only one skill point to use (action skill) and early ending should be banned to restrict Wilhelm and Jack. Moxxi weapons should be allowed.
