No audio using realtek/optical but got audio using display port and monitor

So yeah, I don’t get any audio in the game at all except for the launcher before the game when trying to use my speakers with realtek. I do get audio in game switching to my monitor’s audio.

Any fixes? I’ve looked at all the other threads and can’t find anything useful for me.
