Speaking of Zero, OK not the one you intended. . .
In the Zero section of the BL2 forum is a cool idea that’s a lot of fun, to cool down from BB rage.
Start the Tina dlc with a level 1 Zero.

Don’t you have to run through part of the game before you can access the dlc areas? How do you get to the tiny Tina dlc without gaining a level?

Actually, I think Jythri commented that it would have been very hard for them to have separated PvE and PvP environments within the same game. Which is something you’d need in order to prevent shenanigans other than simply gibbing items into your inventory.

Fast travel inside Claptrap’s place. Just wait out the cut-scene and leave Clappy rolling around blind yelling at you about the gun in the cabinet.

It’s very similar to how Turtle Rock stopped communicating while supposedly working on a big Evolve update for consoles (aka Evolve Stage 2) and then suddenly one day their contract with 2k ended and support for the game was done. Hopefully that’s not the case here.

Gearbox released an update for one of their games 4 years after it’s release. They really had nothing to profit from that, just a bit of loyalty to customers.
I just doubt that it’s their MO in anyway.

Honestly, and maybe it’s just cuz I now have almost 1300 hours of almost pure PVP time into Battleborn, and am with a 5 man almost every time I play, but I (even after a session of facing many toxic meta teams) I still have an absolute blast every single time I play, and, now that I have every character at 20, I have been experimenting and getting better with a number of different characters, which makes me want to play all the more!
What even ARE all these issues people have?
I rarely lag.
Smart Team comp and / or verses draft can help survive against certain “broken” characters.
I have gear setups that work for me, yes, some of which include Bolas.
There seem to be a lot of new players, many of whom are inexperienced, but there also seems to be a new crop of really good mid to high level players.
Honestly, there are at LEAST a few dozen of us on PS4 who REALLY enjoy this game, still play it for WAAAY too many hours every day, and will continue to enjoy doing so for as long as the servers remain up.
Even if no new content is ever added, no new patches / hotfixes are ever applied, and no other changes are ever made, there is still a HUGE amount of content to play, learn, and enjoy, accompanied by those GORGEOUS graphics, EXCELLENT dialogue, and AWESOME lore!
Since starting Battleborn open beta and then picking it up again at release, I have passed only TWO other games, both of which took me less than one hundred hours (Far Cry Primal and Horizon Zero Dawn).
Games that I have started (barely) that Battleborn still edges out EVERY SINGLE DAY?
Uncharted 4. Nioh. Nier Automata. For Honor. Watch Dogs 2. Titanfall 2. Ark Survival Evolved. Overwatch. Paladins. Mass Effect Andromeda. Final Fantasy XV. Warframe. Smite. Paragon. A couple more I can’t recall at the moment.
Why don’t we all try to stay more positive and upbeat, let our friends at Gearbox do their thing, and let good things come to those who wait patiently and without rage?
