Can anyone help I’ve been waiting for 5 days to hear back from a ticket I raised about no shift codes working on my xbox one for borderlands 2 the handsome collection. My mates have all manage to various codes including the resent one for 100 keys and it comes up with a message on mine saying cant redeem! Entered them on website and they accepted but don’t flow onto my account.
Did you get an automated reply with a ticket number when you filed the support request? You should at least have received one of those with an hour or two of submitting the request.
Can you check your rewards history on the shift.gearboxsoftware.com web site, and confirm that the codes are listed as redeemed against your XBox Live account?
