Not able to collect a baby maker from the the VIP and sure why

I was able to collect a toothpick and a mongol easily on my phone but I can’t seem to collect the babymaker i won a few days ago

Is anyone having an issue with getting an item from VIP to your account? Used 4000 pts to get an item from the sanctuary dlc and it never came through? !?!

If it’s not checking off on your VIP account, try logging out and logging back in again.

It does check off but it does appear in the extras>shift area and I don’t know why

It’s supposed to redeem in-game via the SHIFT system next time you log in to the game you purchased it for.

Just logged in and nothing happened it doesn’t even show up in my shift rewards.
