Not gaining xp after first playthrough

Ive stopped gaining XP towards levels and only to guardian ranks at level 35 after my first playthrough what can i do to fix this?

UPDATE not gaining xp on any character since ive gotten guardian ranks

I am also having this issue is there a debt fix at all yet?

Same Problem here. I think its due to glitched guardian ranks.
