I’ve put in a support ticket a month ago but still haven’t got a reply. Not sure if shift tickets are useless as they seem pretty unmonitored. Anyone know a way to get into contact with someone that actually could help or is it useless?
Same problem, I cant play BL3 because I cant access my shift account and have gotten no reply from gearbox software support in over a week.
Yeah that’s the same for me, It’s now moved onto 2 months even got an email saying that they haven’t forgot about me but I am thinking there is no one even there lmao
