Yea I had a similar issue. Twas kinda sad how they just told me they couldn’t do anything. I’m really upset to the point where I dont wanna play anymore. I understand it’s just some cosmetics, but this game is huge for me and it really hurt.
THIS is the exact same thing that happened to me. It needes three emails to explain it and everytime I had someone new answering me. I deleted the cache and even installed the game anew but it still shows the bloody harvest event (fun fact: I got this game around a month ago, long since the bloody harvest event ended). I really hope that they give us the loot via social mail.
