When I enter shift codes, I get the message that the code was redeemed, but I don’t actually get any keys for it. I’m currently at 161. I entered a code yesterday and then entered the game. It still shows that I’m at 161 rather than the 166 that I should have. This has been happening only with BL2. Shift codes work find in BLTPS.

Try using a bunch of them, and see if the counter eventually resets. BL2 does weird things with large numbers of unused keys. Usually the counter only bugs out when you get over 200, but you never know. Also, not really much point hoarding that many keys anyway - new ones are still being given out every week or two. (See the sticky in the BL2 Discussion or News section - forget which)
