I pre-ordered the Battleborn Digital Deluxe edition at GameStop a few days ago to get the Firstborn Pack and the Figurine, but instead, I was given absolutely nothing but the game download code. I was hoping that someone might be able to resolve this for me.
you bought the DIGITAL version. the figurine only came with a physical copy of the game. the game and the figure are boxed together and not a seperate thing. you would have needed to have bought a physical copy to get the figurine and as for the firstborn pack, they are having issues I assume because I also do not have access to my firstborn pack or the Season pass holder title.
I also bought the digital pre-order from GS and it did not download the Firstborn pack for me either.
