You’ll probably want to be more specific about the reward(s) in question so they know how to help you locate them.
*edit: and reach out to their official support. Posting on the forum is great for seeing if others have encountered similar and have found solutions, but official support channels are better for getting help from the developer.

They paid HK$549 (Hong Kong Dollars), which is equivalent to roughly $70 (US Dollars).

OMG! even 70 dollars is too much, I only played $55 for my DD Battleborn
I have a figure for how much I spend on games, If I spend 60$ on it I want at least 30 hours of gameplay out of it before i feel it’s worth it. I put over 30 hours into the Open beta and am so hungry for more so I spent the extra without thinking about it.

Pricing varies from country to country and platform to platform. It’ll be cheaper on the PC than on the PS4 and likely cheaper in the US than in Hong Kong or Europe.
