Nova Shield problems

Hey guys,

I’m new to Borderlands, only started playing today, so I have no clue whether this problem is with me or the game. I’d really appreciate if someone could help me out though.

I’m trying to do the mission ‘Nova? No Problem!’, but the Nova Shield isn’t working. It doesn’t display a charge, and even if I fully deplete my health nothing happens. I’ve tried switching the shield out, dropping it and picking it back up again, and even dying, nothing seems to work.

Never mind, it was a problem with me. I had a class mod on that took away shield charge. Thanks anyways to anyone who takes their time to read this.

Glad I’m not the only one who’s done that. We probably won’t be the last, either!

Definitly not the last just had this problem myself only results i could find until now was morons selling the shield i was just about to abandon the quest.
