Obsidian Forest side mission

I think one of the side missions isn’t working for me.

I triggered the side mission at the train station in the Obsidian Forest and the first objective was to meet Oletta at the fort. I found her OK but every attempt I made to talk to her and trigger the next part was met with her typical dialogue phrases and there seemed to be no way to advance the mission. Has this happened for anyone else? Any ideas?

Could it be that you accidentially missed a waypoint somewhere? Like, is the quest marker on Oletta herself or at least somewhere in her place?

The objective was to meet her at the fort so I found her at the way point and tapped to talk to her but nothing happened.
