Out Now! Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck

The fourth campaign add-on for Borderlands 3 is available now! This release coincides with a free level cap increase that raises the maximum Vault Hunter level to 65.

Thanks to some absurdly advanced technology devised by scientist Patricia Tannis, Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck—the fourth campaign add-on for Borderlands 3—takes place entirely in the titular meat maestro’s messed-up consciousness. Tannis is convinced that this unimaginably unsettling environment holds the key to a mythical place that she’s dubbed “Vaulthalla” so, starting right now, she needs you to seek it out in Krieg’s mindscape.

Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck is the fourth and final campaign add-on included with the Borderlands 3 Super Deluxe Edition and Season Pass. In order of release, the previous three campaign add-ons are Moxxi’s Heist of The Handsome Jackpot, Guns, Love, and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright & Hammerlock, and Bounty of Blood. Campaign add-ons are also available to purchase separately, though you’ll need to own a copy of Borderlands 3 to play them.

What’s New in Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck:

  • Journey through the many demented vistas of Krieg’s psyche, where anything is possible and very probably violent
  • Experience the world as Krieg sees it, including his perception of fan-favorite characters like Maya, the light of his twisted life
  • Overcome a vast array of life-threatening manifestations that Krieg’s mind conjures up
  • Expand Krieg’s mind and Tannis’ research in surreal side missions and Crew Challenges
  • Score powerful Legendary weapons and gear that—according to Tannis—will work outside of Krieg’s consciousness
  • Acquire brain-busting cosmetic items including Vault Hunter Heads and Skins

Regardless of whether you own Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck or any of the other Borderlands 3 campaign add-ons, today’s free level cap increase means that your Vault Hunter can unlock five additional skill points on their way to the new maximum level of 65. If you’d like to explore interactive versions of the Vault Hunters’ skill trees and figure out how you’re going to use five more skill points to improve your current build, head on over to the pages dedicated to Amara the Siren, FL4K the Beastmaster, Moze the Gunner, and Zane the Operative.

In order to reach Krieg’s Mind with an existing Vault Hunter, you’ll need access to Sanctuary III, the starship you get by completing Episode 5 of Borderlands 3’s main story missions. When you’re ready to put your life in Tannis’ hands and beam down into Krieg’s noggin, look for a Psycho mask—highlighted with a yellow exclamation mark—in her lab aboard Sanctuary III.

Alternatively, if you don’t have access to Sanctuary III yet or want to explore Krieg’s Mind as a new character, you can create a new Vault Hunter and have them bypass the opening acts of the Borderlands 3 story so you can head there right away. Once the campaign add-on is installed, select Play on the main menu, followed by New Game; you’ll then get to choose which storyline you want to jump into.

Whether Tannis is right about Vaulthalla remains to be seen, but even in the Borderlands, opportunities to explore the psyche of a rampaging murder machine don’t come along too often. Blow your mind with a visit to Krieg’s today!

Wann ist er im Schweizer Playstation Store verfügbar? Warte seit mehreren Stunden.
Danke für die Hilfe

I would of been interested in this but considering I have to decide on playing your game and risk bricking my XB1X or not playing at all, sorry GBX I am choosing the latter until a fix is found, only been an issue since the games release though so probably shouldn’t get my hopes up too high at this point right?

What is this, we ask them to add new vault hunters they said they wont do it, after we were ok with a new skill tree for current vault hunters, but its last DLC and we didnt even got a new skill tree, what is this, why you promised new skill trees instead of new vault hunters but in the end you delivered NOTHING, how all this reflects the full price we paid for the deluxe edition at launch ?

They never promised new skill trees. That was all conjecture and hype generated by people who datamined some unused art assets in the game files.

^That.

Just like the Shooting Star being in BL2 game files, but not obtainable. Speculation based on inspecting game files does not constitute any sort of promise or teaser by developers.

Sad, but true. I was super looking forward to Moze having an Iron Bear that you didn’t need to pilot without the use of a class mod and some decided points into one of the trees. I was looking forward to some new life being breathed into these characters with this release and the one year anniversary.

But, they never really promised anything or, to my recollection, said much of anything of the sort at all. It’s pretty disappointing, but hey, it’s 2020 and that’s life.

You need to wait a little big longer. Tomorrow GBX has a showcase at PAX online, I guess main topic will be support for Year2 and version for next-gen consoles.

On more topic related stuff, I only played a little bit and finished second map in Fustercluck. Like it so far, but two side missions on the way were very disappointing.

i Realy feel like they just did a overall bad job at the Cosmetics for players in this dlc and think they could have done so much more story and Cosmetics… realy sad when you take a pretty open Concept and allmost totaly drop the ball

I really regret buying the super duper version as the 4 dlc are so weak apart from the jack casino one , the rest are boring garbage compared to the brilliant bl2 dlc’s

They NEVER promised new skill trees; it was all based on looking at what was in game files by outside people. Te fact is, ALL games have files in them that don’t ever get put into the games.

Haven’t played 4 yet, but I was really disappointed in the first 3 DLC from a story perspective. There are some good weapons. What bothers me is that I feel they spent a lot of time and money in the Guardian Takedown at the expense of the DLC. Like any other company that have a certain budget so when people say the Takedowns are free, they’re forgetting the time and money spent on it is time and money not spent on the content that’s paid for. We’re subsidizing others and not getting enough in return.

They can make it up to me by having a Torgue/Balex DLC featuring a level 65 OPQ System and Ghast Call.

But then again, there’s this: https://uggpascherfo.com/news/borderlands-3-coming-to-ps5-and-xbox-series-x-future-content-detailed-during-pax-online/

Guess we’ll find out soon enough in a couple hours as of this writing.

yes they did go away peasant, we got the new 4th skill trees as I was hoping for at PAX recently, there was a demo with Fl4K also, crazy how many ppl here were against me and how wrong they were, I am happy anyway we finally got it, overall in the end we got 4th skill trees and thats good enough for me.

I have this and the other dlc downloaded on ps4. have the season pass. hotfixes are applied. when I go to tannis room to start the dlc, it brings up a screen to buy the dlc still. if i click triangle to go into the ps store to buy it, its not on the list of dlc but everything else is and everything else is purchased. cannot click on download for the season pass either like Xbox players say they can do to make it work. on playstation is just says purchased. anyone know how to get this dlc to work after reading this issue? maybe someone can let me join their dlc from the beginning? maybe that’ll make it work. who knows. chucksstuntman on playstation 4 pro.

It’s trash, if you didn’t buy the season pass don’t waste your money on this.

Okay, here we go. I liked DLC 4 pretty much. :acmhmm:

  1. The artwork is massively awesome… someone paid some very good artists to do this work. So many transparent colors that are so florescent great work on scenery art also.
  2. The voice actor for blue Krieg was a good choice. It had the feel sorry for me nice guy angle down perfect.
  3. The white room was clever and so many floating objects changing size gave it much more depth and a realistic scary feeling at many points.
  4. Battles were okay with a few new tough guys.

Downside

  1. A lot of talking which is good but long the first time. Hope they add a skip dialogue for other characters going through.
  2. For those who have played all the Bld versions it seemed they used some of the same frameworks but I have to say that you forgot about it rather quickly when getting farther along.
  3. New weapons were meh so far I am an op guy.

I will take the psycho journey again just for the 3D experience myself. :acmaffirmative:

This DLC not only sucks, it’s by far the trashiest ■■■■ gearbox has released; and I’m including that collaboration with telltale games! if you’re unfamiliar with"Telltale games," Just know they’re bankrupt and functionally insolvent now. (likely thanks to gearbox)
The glitching causes unfair enemy spawns, useless weapon drops from bosses and even failure to save and share gameplay footage for PS4! (don’t worry I was able to fight and defeat the bosses that showed overwhelming in game glitching/ failed enemy spawn/ un-dropped loot)
If you decide to team up to produce another borderlands? Just know I will have a YouTube upload of this latest patch, and use it as a smear campaign to prevent sales and promotion of the series ever again!

will not be posting any links here! if interested in video uploads check YouTube / trending / gaming
