Yes, many of us have some complaints about BL3 (mine are the controller is too sensitive and I hate getting covered by minions while in a Boss fight), GB/2K has done more than well.
5 million copies through pre-order and first week sell-in, making a billion dollars (billion, people) in gross revenue equals or comes close to the opening week of a AAA Marvel film.
THey’re doin’ OK. And I do expect some useful patches in the next few weeks.

Gives me hope for some vertical split screen.

yeah, I dont know why people keep complaining. I know everyone wants it, but they are not going to push out a emergency patch for it.
they might not have programmed the screen in a way that works with vertical, so they have to fix that.
