Hey, maybe you should consider a Nostromo or a G13? I plan on using the Nostromo myself. Both of them make it easier to find the movement keys by keeping your hand in the gaming position but still allowing plenty of mappable keys to use for all your skills, item buys, etc. My local Microcenter had a bunch of the G13’s on open box for $40. Anytime! I can say the Nostromo is very comfortable though for other types of games like MMOs, doesn’t quite have enough buttons for shortcuts.
If you want a different option can always go with the Mouse with Thumb based buttons to fix you skills to. That is my preference which leaves the ASWD movement on 1 hand alone and the skills and aiming for the other.

Yeah the Nos is a updated version of the Tartarus. It takes getting used to but I put skills on the thumb stick and it works wonders.
