Not sure if it’ll help but I had the same issue and solved it by manually uninstalling all versions except for 2005.
Odd - I just clicked “ok” or “close” or w.e. it was called and it finished.

I think they did not design the installer to, you know, ACTUALLY check if you had all of those things installed already lol… I had to go through like 4 or 5 of them, and I had all of them installed already, some with NEWER version even lmao! n.nU
Yes, I noticed this too.
I just clicked close on each one and the install worked.
