Physically Based Lighting Shader?

I’m not familiar with coding or shader editing but is it possible to create a PBR shader/ Lighting model, similar to Eve online?

Sounds useful. If they have time, @Bitvenom could be asked. But the devs are very busy, so it might take a while to find out unless another modder already knows.

Bitvenom already stated HWR uses a psuedo-PBR system. Hence the new REFL (metalness/reflectivity) and PAIN (paint) maps.

The graphical fidelity of the ships in our mods is constrained only by the skill of the respective artists. HWR poses no significant graphical restrictions to our mods.
