Disable the Guardian skills Shield Reboot and Emergency Response.
My Guardian stats for gun and melee are over 14%, everything regarding damage is hovering just below 14%, shield recharge delay is only -10%, the rest are about 12%.
I also have a Psycho Stabber with above 90 anoint for punching stuff, and Crader’s EMP5 for extra movement speed.
And I have some artifacts with movement speed buffs for skips (eg. Berzerker).
I call it Cosmic Fist.
took me 2 days to get that weapon out of a chest lol, about 3 hours per day!
