I don’t have a problem with edgy jokes, but the autism thing is just…meh. It’s the new thing to say on the internet when you’re scared of the r-word that this forum censors.

That’s very strange that not many Xbox players seem to use the forums. We have a nice home on Discord, and in the Xbox clubs, though.

This is the kind of horrible, disgusting thinking ableist jokes give fuel to.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Battleborn. Tbh, it’s my favourite game this year. I just need to switch up my passions, or else I get bored from hyper-focusing on something.
It’s something that effects every area of my life, honestly. I could never finish a major project that I’m working on if it weren’t for my nigh infinite side projects I’m usually working on.
However, if DOOM 4’s multiplayer wasn’t dead on arrival, I’d honestly be playing that quite a bit instead of everyone’s favorite MOBA-Shooter.
Edit: lol wrong poll. There’s no way I could ever give up my Xbone for PS4… I’m just willing to shell out 400+ USD for a PS4 and a copy of BB so I can play with the other half of the playerbase.
I agree. I have a… rather special mental disorder. It bugs me when people make light of mental disorders.

Love this game. Still having hard times matching into story missions. However, PVP has drastically improved. I can usually get a reliable match fairly quickly.
Admittedly I get ■■■■ stomped every game, but at least I get to play.
I think you kind of missed the point, I’M the one with autism; and if i don’t take their jokes to heart, why should they stop? I know that if i ever truly asked them to stop (and if you check the “cards against humanity” thread, you’ll see several examples i gave of where my friends and i avoid making certain jokes on certain subjects to certain people) that they would. As to my friends and i making jokes about our respective issues resulting in euthanasia-backing crazies, i respectively disagree. I don’t believe the line between these two things is nearly as fine as YOU believe (and such crazies can just TRY and come get me, because disabled isn’t synonymous with weak or helpless); but i will stop discussing this subject, because it clearly offends you, and that wasn’t the intent of my post.
@Genericktag, i’m not quite sure what you mean by this. Autism and mental retdation are closely related disorder-wise, yes; but they are also two COMPLETELY different disorders. The former usually being a social disorder, and the latter usually being a learning disorder. I’m not going to go into details, but let’s just say that i spent roughly eight years in a “special school” as a kid and teenager, that i’ve met numerous people with both disorders, and that people who interchange autistic and retded do so out of ignorance (which is far more dangerous than any disorder i can think of, for reasons that one can find in the history books, if they so wish).
Either way, i said that i’d respect @reliikki’s request to stop talking about this subject, and i mean to. If anyone wants to continue it, please PM me.

It’s totally out of ignorance. It just seems to me that once “r*■■■■■■” fell out of favour as an insult, the people who used to use that just moved right on to using “autism” instead.

You’re absolutely right, and i had to put up with quite a lot of that in highschool, especially when some of the a**holes found out that i went to a “nut school”. Fortunately for me, i was bigger than everyone who thought to comment on it to me, and most of them learned not to pick on someone who’s bigger than you. Seriously, who DOES that, haha? I believe that ignorant and stupid CAN be synonymous, last time i checked. Oh, the suspensions i got… Haha, good times

Yup playing from OZ on the PS4 but truthfully haven’t played BB for a month, not much to go back to when the connection for Aussies is ■■■■■, that and the developers keep dodging our questions on servers and matchmaking
