As for the gear thing, doesnt seem important to me at all, given the ability to name loadouts. I’d rather have more loadouts.
Tbh it would be nice to see what gear builds others use on characters but not super important and I also agree that your team should get xp for standing on thralls thing.
However the xp for recruiting thralls should stay the same so if there is 1 player on it then 100xp, 2 players 50xp each and so on. That way there is no extra xp being given but it is being shared rather than just one person getting it.
