I just bought the game 30 minutes ago…this blows…
This is BS, getting the same ■■■■, spent an hour on the phone with PSN support, didn’t help, tried rebooting safe mode, installing old update of system software, not to mention tried everything else that was in this forum. Someone post when they have found a solution to go from version 1.0 to 1.01 please.
MLB the show 16 had a patch early this morning and it worked fine, it could be the psn store but i highly doubt it. I talked to PSN support they really don’t have a clue whats going on.
There’s much weirdness on the internet today. For example, this: http://downdetector.com/status/level3 Level3 provides backbone connectivity to a lot of ISPs, and that large spike in reported issues matches similar spikes for a number of ISPs and hosting services. So depending on who you get internet service from, this could well be part of the problem. The graphs for many major internet services (including multiple on-line games - LOL, Smite, …) are showing similar spikes spaced throughout the day.

Battleborn is now downloading a 15g application data idk if it was there before but I reinstalled the game and after the game downloaded the application data started.
Will let you know if it’s a fix

Here’s the thing…if it is PSN why aren’t Gearbox assuring the new players in the community that it isn’t them and to just hang tight ?
I’ve seen in a couple places people stating Battlefield 4 and CoD Ghosts for example remain at V 1.00 and they got it today and cant play it, so yes I very much do think this is all PSN. Without any knowledge though Gearbox can’t really address anything because “Hang tight” isn’t going to make the wait any better.

Yeah but it’s not their problem to deal with they cant assure that it will even be fixed.
did you guys notice that the game version is on 1.00 and not 1.01 and maybe that’s why the game doesn’t work :l

Yeah again let’s talk about the game and not each other. There is also lines in the rules about being constructive, I would also go back and read those.
