Same problem in the Czech Republic. A game can not see any updates, but it is in version 1.00.

I just bought it too. Having the same problem

Strange, I’m in the UK and I’ve just logged into Battleborn on the PS4.

Is it still down for you? What about others? Checking Twitter there’s a few tweets about this but not a huge number, so it would seem it’s not affecting everyone.

My game found no updates when I installed it and is on version 1.00 too.

I think it’s an issue with first time users, as its a patch failing to initialize.

Probably yes…

That confirms it’s not the whole Ps4 server then… Great…

Now what do we do, I’ve got my ticket in…

Anyone want a game of Battlefront, Battlefield 4 or something!? On a game that actually works…

If this is a PS4 only issue it might be a Sony issue serving the patch and nothing to do with Gearbox (I think that’s how it works on console).

That is very possible… It’s very odd not to get any kind of update, what version are you on if don’t mind? We are all on 1.0 atm.

PSN doesnt have anything down so doubtful its on sonys side. So other aspects would be affected by if so.

I’ve found this post over on GameFAQs: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/691087-playstation-4/73744424

It’s hitting other people with different games too.

I’m on version 1.0.1

This is ■■■■.

Absolutely.

Could just try deleting tne game and putting the disk back in a few times…

So, I re-installed the Beta. As people had experienced previously, after the Beta ended, the same message popped up when I tried to start the beta, the same one we are getting I mean. Alas, this re-install did nothing to update the real Battleborn. So, just FYI.

I just bought the digital copy and i downloaded about 2 hours ago, i got the message, then i re-installed, same thing, it’s frustrating.

I also tried deleting the app (The 16GB that automatically installs when you pop the disc in for the first time). Didn’t make a difference either.

It’s bull ■■■■. I can understand having a buggy game, but this isn’t that. It’s like buying a toaster that won’t turn on. I want some damn toast!
