New users aren’t getting the update which is just weird.

Same problem here. From Switzerland. But I tested also other games, Blacknight also says I have an old version but when I check for updates there are none. Cant connect to rocket league it says no servers are available…
Tested Fifa 16 and worked. But battle born is the most frustrating!
I’ve been playing Rocket League myself. Again, I’m in Chicago, IL.
I just tried all of my other games and they all worked except for battleborn

yes, got a reply as well about 2 hours after I raised it. Got to upload a vid and give them a whole bunch of info. Pretty salty about this, if I knew this was a problem there would be no way in hell I would have bought this, but I have to give them the tools to fix it I guess.

I haven’t had a reply yet… Guess yours might of been one of the first, I’m starting to lean towards Psn patch delivery problem… Doesn’t help that there servers are a bag of wank though.
No news? This is ridiculious. 
There’s something odd going on with the PSN store too. I went and grabbed a free theme, just to see if it would download. When I clicked on the download button, the store page would kind of flicker as if the page was reloaded. The theme did not download. I then went to the PSN online store website and told it to download the theme from there. The PS4 downloaded the file then installed it. There’s definitely something majorly wrong with the PSN right now.
Well I think I’ll disappear for a number of hours and get some sleep (nearing 5 AM here), I’ll pop back here to check the thread when I wake up. Hopefully there will be some good news by then

I also just bought the deluxe digital today. Everything downloaded fine and as I we.think to play in get the same error message. Odd they would release it with a bug this bad. To bad I can’t get a refund.
How do I open a ticket? I’m new to this.
It didn’t do this until extremely recently. It’s not a bug in the game as released. It appears to be a network issue. Reports are piling up on both 2K and PS on http://downdetector.com, but it isn’t just those servers.
Edit: Check out the spikes on Google Drive, Bright House, Frontier… Looks like a bad day on chunks of the internet.
Also I just noticed all the free games I downloaded today were versions 1.00 and I could not connect to any server. Might more be a PlayStation store problem than battleborn?

Yeah I just got the game an hour ago. Says I haven’t downloaded the patch yet. No patch to download on PSN for me. Be nice if they at least said they are aware of the issue and looking into it. I have seen some post on here with the same issue from hours ago
