You use the Legendary Catalyst so you can pull the point from EB without hurting it at all. MiS is amazing for the point, as it adds a lot of damage without restricting you to a Roid shield. Fire on flesh and corrosive on armor deals a lot of damage, really.
For the Peak, EB and EE wont do much so it is better to stop at WDT and equip a Necromancer COM for the amazing card boost plus WDT.
Shock is amazing for the peak cause there is no element matching for flesh enemies, so you have a multiplicative boost in WDT that the others VH dont.
I donāt plan on going Jacobs in the end. Maya can use them so so so much better.
I found a vannilla legendery com that some character had in the bank. Itās okay for now.
Until uvhm Iāll just use what I find untill I specialize in shock more.
Does the trickshot Maggie work at op8? I have one at 19 and it wrecks and a level 72 waiting for her. Iād love if I could use that as my neutral element gun to compliment my shock guns.

What about a Necromancer COM with +acc and +crit instead of the Prodigy? Maybe CuT should turn the Prodigy most useful survivability wise, but there is MoSS on the Necromancer. Also, the +crit should add more damage, or it could even be +reload speed but this way I should go with the Prodigy as it gives the same + CuT health regen.
For Jakobs, do you think it would be better to go for a Legendary Catalyst OC/LBT build such as this? I can see the IO boost to be outstanding with a Quad.
I recall never using it due to the skills it boosts. But I admit that it has been some time now since I last touched the game, and can barely remember the COm itself.
Itās her best shield skill - 100% in one go recharges a nova shield - ready to go off again.
Besides, would you rather put them in Annoyed Android or Death from Above?
The main Problem is using the COM just for 1 skill. Maybe if you couple Jakobs weaponry with good shock grenades to get some use of EB/EE it could be worth.
Also, the Twister should get the most of it.
If you want to use slag grenades such as MM or Betties, I would rather go with a Prodigy or Necromancer.
Iām only going into her anarchy far enough to grab discord. I mightttt go down far enough for one point in nth degree.
I donāt know my final spec yet but Iām going all the way down bff and 20+ points in her shock tree.
Right now Iām absolutely loving discord management. Itās awesome that at level 23 most of her glue is done. I feel I could easilly play up to uvhm without utilizing anymore skill points.
You can still get Discord, BSS 5/5, Robot Rampage and have 3 points left if you get the two first capstones.
That said, I have already seem builds with 3 points in BSS and Fancy Maths maxed out to make up for it.
I play at OP8 and Iām capped at 250. The sweet spot, at least for me, is exactly that: 150-200, especially when Discording.
I can still aim really well and do a disgusting amount of damage. lol I donāt do raids with her though, so I donāt have much there. Peteās easy to solo and Iāve killed Terra while co-oping, but thatās about it.

Funny you should mention a Necro COMā¦Iāve had her in TTAODK three times since she hit 72 (as well as my other two VHs at various times) and have never had one drop. And TBH, Iām really kinds reluctant to send her in again after she hit OP 3 ācause of the frigginā skeletons, especially the crystals and mages (but thatās a topic for a different thread).
Iām going to put together a thread on her build in a day or so, so I donāt veer this thread away from the real topic, but I appreciate your thoughts here and Iād really like it if youād check in on it when I do get my thread posted, please.
I only know Maya, axton, and Sal. I have an idea of gaige but most of it is speculation. Iām off work the next two days though so Iām hoping to get her to the end of tvhm so Iāll have a better idea of class mods.

The Necromancer COM doesnāt drop, itās a chest only item in that DLC. Only the black chests that have the possibility of being a mimic can produce the special COMās for that DLC.
I used ādropā as a generic term for not having yet seen oneā¦FWIW.

Ah, okay. My mistake
I get them all the time, but like always itās never the one I need exclusively for my Bouncing Bullet Barrage build. And when itās the right prefix and rarity, it boosts the wrong skills. Itās maddening.
