You make some good points. What I think they should do to her is increase the healing she does to other players but not herself. This would make her a more viable support but wouldn’t make her too crazy hard to kill like jacking up her healing would. I think it would end up making her an almost tanky support that could hold her own against most other characters if they got too aggressive.
That said, I don’t really foresee this happening to Alani because the reason it happened to Ambra was that she was kind of a complicated case between balancing her actual support and her survivability. With Alani, I feel like it’s much more an issue of how much should she be able to heal and how much damage should she be able to do, so I don’t think trying to balance one aspect of her will have any unintended consequences. Gearbox also said that they have a big solution coming for healers in general. I’m really curious as to what it is, but if it’s a big change rather than just adjusting some numbers, I think it will be tailored very well to how the game is turning out right now, which suggests good things.
