Please fix the loot pack RNG distributions

Not just some, not just many but almost all of the rare and uncommon loot is worse than the common gear.

They often have lower bonuses and add penalties yet have higher activation costs and come from more expensive packs.

Also, Steam has a built in marketplace for in game items that kicks back a small revenue stream to the publisher. Unwanted drops wouldn’t be so annoying if we could trade them away.

Also, the stats are only pseudo random. Certain changes apply to certain factions

Would never happen on a multi-platform game. There would be an unrealistic amount of problems too work that into the PC version and than basically say ■■■■ you too everyone playing console.
