Plot Ideas for Borderlands 3

So…I don’t know where to put this thread…There is no offical Borderlands 3 discussion board.

Let’s get down to business: I want to hear your plot ideas for Borderlands 3 regarding…EVERYTHING. Characters, Overarching Plot, Enemies, Villains, quests, EVERYTHING. Go wild, I always do that.

And please no gameplay mechanics, and new Vault Hunter Ideas. There are way better discussions out there about those things.

So I’m going to share mine just so you can see what this thread is all about:

Heavy SPOILERS for BL2, Tales from the Borderlands and B: The Pre-Sequel.

Overarching Plot:
A race towards the Ultimate Vault, containing the Ultimate Weapon* to use it in the war. Crimson Raiders vs. Children of Helios. But they’ll make a pact to not hurt each other**, and to not (directly) slow down or sabotage one another. And on top of that the scouts of the occupation army*** arrives. And on top of all of that appears a new human villain hellbent on getting the riches, and the weapon to rule over every planet****.

*and unimaginable riches, and the knowledge of the Eredians

***You know we’re going to have war here. They can be eredians, or a full new race (who wiped out the eredians), with new abilities
****Maybe Mr. Holloway? And maybe his henchmen (and robots) could be all dressed to kill…I meant tuxedos and cocktail dresses, okay you know what forget it.

So In BL3, you are one of the four new VHs join up with Lilith, and you’re work is to explore multiple Vaults (and killing the Vault monsters); and taking down bandit lords who may know something about the Ultimate Vault; take out as many henchmen stopping the human villain, and wipe out the scouts of the exotic alien spiecies.

And In TFTB Season 2: You will follow the Children of Helios as they spy, blackmail, con, rob, steal their way to the Ultimate Vault. Maybe Fiona and Rhys would get a stupid eredian riddle from the Vault of the Traveler to help them find the Ultimate Vault.

So that’s it. And please bear in mind that I am not a native English speaker…

I like you ideas.

One thing i hope they include, is the 3rd brother, Dr. Ted. Why is he forbidden? Why is he my lord and savoir? I know the answer to all of these, but including them in the game would be awesome. They should put him at the helm of the Eridians.
