Not in terms of available gear, more of in terms of level design; and not really my personal preferences as much as the fact that it’s the DLC I hear people complain about most

The Hammerlock treasure room does not reliably return good gear (yes it’s possible, but so is a world drop from a random enemy) and so, as many have said, you aren’t missing much. Although it does have some good gear, it’s my least favorite of the DLC’s by far, for a number of reasons.
How can i reset it? I have char on 40 lvl - can i do it with it - or i have to start new char? Can i reset this dlc or like whole vannila campagin from beginning?
When you reach UVHM (which is the game mode for character levels 50-72) you have the option at the loading screen for your character to restart your play thru in UVHM. This will start you all over again in Liar’s Berg. You will still be at your current level so if you restart UVHM after reaching Sanctuary at level 55 you will be level 55 at Liar’s Berg. Most players restart UVHM once they reach level 72 so that all the unique quest rewards will be set to that level (random loot can still be up to two levels lower i.e. level 70). Currently since you are in TVHM the only way for you to reach the treasure room again in that dlc is to do so with a new character- your current one can’t do that and neither can you reset TVHM (nor normal for that matter).
Just a word of advice though- once you complete a mission you DON’T have to turn it in immediately or at all for that matter. Lots of players leave Rocko’s Modern Strife and Doctor’s Orders open- Rocko’s Modern Strife so that the Slabs will still be neutral when they head towards Bunker and Doctor’s Orders so that they can farm the legendary loot midgets (aka LLM) that pop out of the boxes- just make sure to never actually pick up the ECHO recorders or the LLM won’t show…

Also the gear you would have gotten there would have to be replaced really fast so you’re stressing over nothing.

You clearly dont understand my point , I am not a loot whore , i coudnt be more bothered about a few items. Its totally not about it. Its about unbelively amateur design. Its about depriving player from accoplishment expirience after a few houers of game play. Its about me standing in front of this stupid barierr and feeling trolled by a incompetent level designe. Its about game doing something that breaks pleasure of playing the game its self. This is why i am … well salty i guess. You might think its just a minor incovinience because loot there is not worth it as many stressed this but its not that.
