so i bought handsome collection on my new xbox one and i tried to put in my details for my shift account and it just said unable to sign into shift account, help me pls

  1. Your SHiFT account is connected to your gaming platform on http://shift.gearboxsoftware.com and

  2. You are connected to the internet. Correct?
