Poker night 2 heads for boarderlands 2 won't load to game

I’ve won all the heads and tried to download them to bl2, but it doesn’t work. If someone could tell me how to fix this problem that would be great.

I got mine a few months ago and this is what you need to do:

Go here and start a support ticket:
Support Ticket

Attach a pic of the awards given from the Poker Night 2 (trophy screen with each trophy unlocked)

Make sure you give them the email used for your shift account

Give them a few days to respond.
