Poker night 2 item not being received

When I got the item that unlocks the max’s head for the mechromancer in borderlands 2 and selected download I did not receive the item. I have retried multiple times and have not yet received it. I do not know if its a bug but I do not know what to do.

I take it that both games were played on PC, and you followed these instructions?

Once a bounty item is won, this item can be viewed and downloaded from the Bounty menu (from the Main menu, select Stats, then Bounties).

Please note: When you select download, you will be automatically returned to the Bounties screen. To make sure your item was downloaded properly, exit Poker Night 2 and start Borderlands 2. At the Main Menu, select ‘Extras’ and ‘Shift Code’. You should have a new Shift message informing you that the unlocked item was added to your inventory.

If, despite this, the reward does not show up in your SHiFT rewards, you’ll need to:

• Grab a screen-shot showing the reward has been earned in Poker Night 2

• Find your SHiFT support ID (Borderlands 2 > Extras > SHiFT and look for the option)

i tried and am sedding in a request ticket but am confused at the username part, is it the username i login with or just the name thats on my steam account that everyone else sees?

They will need your steam ID which, IIUC, is the one everyone sees - a bit like the XBL Gamer tag.
