Except the entire point of the last four yeas from McConnel’s stance was “I stopped obma from appointing over 200 state level judges, and now had to coach this reality star into doing it” and he did.
The one in PA has already been ran up to the SC - they have said they would hear it, but not before election day, which gives them the chance to not just revert the 3 day “grace” period, but to ■■■■ up any vote received after “the third” which is insane to try an actually prove.
The current justices have strongly hinted they would rule in favor of barring anything like that, and there’s no telling how many of those votes counted today even as we don’t know how PA goes would run.
I have no faith in how the rest of this is going to go. I’m not going to stop anyone from having said faith, especially you. Right now, I’d like to think that both of us think that 3/4 of them at least are horseshit - but there’s a reason we’re getting these coming in now, and it’s not to make sure every vote gets counted.
