Depends on the Vault Hunter, the COM, and what stats it rolled with. God roll stats might be good for one COM, but if they change the COM or builds it night no longer be God roll. I generally just toss unused stuff.
I look at a gun, grenade, COM, or relic and ask myself, “Does this bring me joy.” JK, but I do toss stuff all the time. Or send it to friends.
