If the reward were new heads still wouldn’t tempt you a little bit? =P
Unless its a new Jakobs red text gun with bekah or godfinger skin… mmmmmmmmmm bekah
Just look at that thing, the power, the speed, the tightness of the spread, the curves
Of course that horse prefix is kinda gross, if you can’t handle her you don’t deserve her.
@BookEmDano You can have your nice little casual and tame Horse Bekah, I’ll take the wild ride of a Boss, I don’t like to do things soft.
I can’t be the only one that sees a double entendres in this. I think you’ve been hanging out with Moxxi too much, Derch.
Who needs a boss when you can use flush, you last longer. Free likes to everyone talking about the Bekah.
If guess if you need that much time to get the job done, only speaking for myself here but I don’t. But also if I do I can reload and be ready with the next mag in no time at all.
When you are into a group orgy with 3 others, it can come in handy. Unless of course you use the Bee lube.
No level cap increase is “necessary” to Borderlands.
Personally, I’m all for it. I love to level. And I don’t have a problem with more skill points; if I don’t want to use them, I won’t. But I’ll use them and be happy I have more toys to play with. Necessary? The game doesn’t “need” anything more than it already has. I WANT more, but “want” is not “need”.
Who will benefit the most? Why, people like me that love to level characters of course!
Which character-class will benefit the most? I have no idea, and I don’t even care at this point. I’m not expecting another level cap increase for TPS.
I agree. I’d like to see a level cap so I can play with more skills, but given how the skills work with each other, having more isn’t really necessary. BL 2 benefited greatly from the 22 extra skills we got, but I don’t know if TPS really needs them. I won’t say no to another level cap increase though…
No level cap
Two replayable Overpower Levels where your reward for completion is a Skill Point each. You’d only receive a skill point the first time you completed that level.
2 more skill points will not break the game. Enemies are scaled 4 levels higher than you.
Your weapons and gear stays at Level 60 stats
Loot rewards will not go above Level 60…BUT, loot chances for drops and good loot are increased fairly dramatically.
No joke, this is exactly what I want to see.
I won’t say no to another level cap increase but I’d rather have OP levels TBH.
62 feels like a really good cap (at least for gaining skill points) since you can get a bunch of skills but you still need to spend them somewhat wisely. ~remembers BL1’s level cap and the absolute lack of needing to spend wisely at all~
bl1 also had the issues of absolutely no difficulty by the end, with each level the game got easier the hardest part of the game was the very start. So between that and the fact it had too many skill points builds really didn’t matter much at all.
While hiding behind a pillar and shooting Destroyer in a tentacle until it died was “easy”, it also took a very long time to do.
Conversely, killing Terry immediately, or getting tossed off a cliff, wasn’t “challenge” either.
Everytime I played the destroyer I stood still shot him and he died in under 2 mags, a total joke. I literally didn’t move my character.
Which is the other “problem” the franchise has: an optimized build can ROFL-stomp the hell out of the game, while someone trying to get by with what falls out of corpses or shows up in a vendor is barely surviving at all.
Hell, I wouldn’t even call it a “problem”, were it not for constant nerf-begging.
