Once you learn how to kill Craw quickly, youâll never go back to the Farmory or use the ledge again. Itâs just that simple. Bite the bullet and learn how to do it, or continue to use the ledge that takes ten times longer and comes with absolutely no pride.
This is a matter of opinion and individual psychology. Itâs no secret that this type of game exploits our addictive impulses with reward cycles. Some psychologies are satisfied by accomplishing the task, and view the loot as a symbol or token of that accomplishment. Others view the loot as an end in itself, and the task as being annoying and unnecessary.
In other words, to some, the game is learning to defeat the boss. To others, the game is merely getting the loot, and the actual game play is just an impediment. Some people want the trophy without actually winning the championship.
I doubt anything I say on a forum will make you want to play a game less. If it does, thatâs on you.
Whether or not GBX remasters BL, or remakes BL, as would be the case with all these changes, has no effect on the quality of BL3.
Itâs clearly the kind of statement that you read a lot of gaming forums from fans, âIf the devs do this, Iâll never buy another game of theirsâ, or the converse, âIf the devs donât do this, Iâll never buy another game of theirs.â
OK, well, if you seriously refuse to buy BL3 because the Bl remaster (which doesnât even exist, and if it did, probably wouldnât precede BL3), is not a remake of BL into a BL2 DLC, then I suspect that youâll be among a very small group of people, because thatâs an oddly specific and obscure objection.
That is a question that you should ask yourself. Youâre the one who wants an existing game to change for your comfort, thus, the thread. If you want to play BL2, play that. Or play a casual game where you click a mouse, and you either win something or you donât, where you donât have to actually fight bosses or fight through hoards of enemies to get the loot.
BLhas loot, of course, and thatâs great. But itâs still an FPS, fighting enemies and bosses to get the loot is the point. If the loot is the point, and fighting enemies/bosses is something you want to skip, then youâre looking for a casual game where you click a mouse and win something without fighting enemies/bosses. And thatâs fine, but this game is an FPS/RPG, so if you want to make a point like -
- then you should understand that my position isnât a personal conviction, itâs the genre of this game. In the case of Craw and the Farmory, you just want to push a button and collect loot, and thatâs not an FPS, thatâs a casual game. I mean, when weâre talking about an FPS, fighting enemies/bosses isnât a matter of my opinion or personal conviction, itâs the nature of the game.
Like I said, itâs an FPS, if you donât want to fight enemies/bosses, thatâs fine, but it is an FPS, so donât come at me like itâs just my personal opinion that FPS games are about shooting enemies.fighting bosses, etc.
Fight me, MF!
