The problem seemed to be how quickly she could kill compared to her incredible level of self sustainment - she is draining life rapidly, dropping orbs that both heal her and damage enemies and her passive drops an overshield on her if her health gets too low. I didn’t notice her killing me but she was next to impossible to chase down because she simply wouldn’t die and her team would end up chasing me off. In this game healers are great at healing themselves and usually move fast as well as not having huge profiles.
People keep saying Miko is balanced by the huge head crit-box but Miko can heal out of virtually any damage so what does it matter? I don’t know what the answer is there exactly. I kind of wish the Biosynthesis ability just healed a blanket amount to Miko and healed those nearby as a one shot burst.
