next time I see it i’ll take pics and record, but gearbox should be able to recognize this from their side of things I would think.
maybe i shouldnt say this because i main galilea, but if you use movement speed gear galilea actually has a hard time running behind guys that move too much like orendi and rath. it totally takes “O.P.” out of the equation and makes her “U.P.”
I have no clue what you just said, but I think the reason for her being “op” is because there is a bug somewhere along the lines of increased damage. Maybe it isn’t intentional, and maybe it is (meaning cheaters) but I played a match where galilea did 90k damage, everyone else but me did around 30k and I did 60k damage as ghalt.
So if galilea is actually doing 30-40k damage, and the game is giving her 3x damage it would make sense why people would think she’s OP. There are times when she literally just walks over the top of everyone like they aren’t even there and that’d make sense.
Kind of like how they pretty much had to negate all the effects of gear when using Kelvin because it made him literally unkillable…so gearbox had to turn off functionality of most items in the game for Kelvin.
I’d like them to look into this issue because if they keep nerfing characters based on this one glitch it’s going to wreck the game.
Hm, I guess I can see what you’re meaning, in a way. Sometimes I have the feeling I took way more damage than I should have. Or maybe the recap is just wrong by not reaching out far enough in time to actually display everything that happened to you. I don’t even know if damage to shield is taken into account or if it only shows you damage to actual health - but then what about shield penetration ?
Also does it count overhealing as healing ? It happened, with Rath, that I seemingly healed myself more than I was damaged, but I still ended up dead.
So yeah, the recap is often quite confusing. Maybe it’s the thing that is off. Or maybe yes there is a wrong multiplicator somewhere…

She starts off with Blade Rush, while you’re not facing her. She obviously had the helix skill that makes blade rush explodes on contact, meaning the small shield damage you take at the very beginning was due to the AOE component of the skill. It appears in the recap, by the way. Since it’s marked as “slow”, I’m guessing that means the SKILL itself was slow ( a consequence of the AOE helix modification on the skill ).

She TPs on you. This deals damage but she seems to miss you… However this may kick in her shield recharge if she had taken the helix modification, meaning an extra layer of protection against the turrets ( which rarely shred anyone really, even early game, so you can pursue someone, kill him, and still go back to safety with almost any character in my experience - especially against slow-ass rockets turrets !)

The ult, well, something I hadn’t thought of yet : I think she initiated the ult before teleporting behind you, meaning the animation ended when she was ALREADY behind you, resulting in you believing she insta-casted it. There is a delay before the blades fall that she took advantage of…
But this is actually the big part that indeed isn’t shown on the recap.
Mathematically, her ult deals 167 damage per second for 5 seconds, and she has at least one activated piece of gear that boosts skill damage, meaning it could very well already be 200/s. Judging from your health, it seems like you took 3 ticks, the third one being the killing blow, with intwined regular attacks that she seems to almost completely miss.
Basically, I’d say you took the recap’ed ~100 from blade rush AOE, 3x~200 from her ult ( NOT SHOWN IN RECAP ! ) and the expected ~90 from regular attacks.
Either that, or you didn’t get the full recap on her regular attacks. She may have True Striked you ( right mouse button attack, sensibly higher damage than regular left click ) and you only got hit by 2 ticks of her ult… But I’d tend to think only the ult didn’t show up on the recap and everything else was right.
At any rate, while this was brutal it seems legit - but I fully agree that the recap was nigh useless for you to understand what could have happened… 
it wouldn’t have hit me even if she did use the increased damage because I was constantly moving away from her, and all the others missed. if one of those does 100 damage, then all you have to do to kill someone as phoebe is stand next to them and you’ll auto kill them… so no that wasn’t legit. If it were slower it wouldn’t have hit me. They were fast moving, and she still missed most of her swords.
Her teleport missed, I know she has tele but that doesn’t matter because it missed anyway.
She didn’t even do the animation or anythin and even if she did, it wouldn’t take out 200 shield and 400 health in one hit.
She didn’t get hit by the turrets anyway.
Nothing that happened in that video was legit, AND it’s not even a very good example of what I’m trying to show you either. Because some of them are 5x worse. I had an ambra hit me with 2 melee strikes and kill me from full shield and over half health.
I’m unsure which attack you’re refering to in your very first sentence, sorry ? Blade Rush, I guess? Well they didn’t hit you, they just landed very close to you and you took the AOE damage from a few of the projectiles. 90 damage is pretty right for an amped up skill.
About the ult : she did the animation while you weren’t watching, I meant. when she FIRST attacked you, you can hear the sound of the Blade Rush, then only you look back - by the time you hear the blade rush, she already has initiated her ult. By the time you are finished turning your camera to look back ( are you playing with a pad? it really was slow ), she is already done and targeting the ground behind you to use her TP. by the time her TP is done, the ult finally comes into play.
It’s just a VERY fast chain-cast of her skills, and since your looking back - and then back again - animation was very slow, I can perfectly see all of that happening in a that time window.
And her ult didn’t took out 200s/400h in one hit : your health gradually falls down. You took three hits of the ult.
And last, she definitely get hit by the turrets, her shield melts almost instantly and her health start decreasing while your death animation is playing.
No really, it was fast play, but the only abnormality is the recap not showing up the ult damage…
How could you not know? She’s only got one skill that even remotely describes that description.
Actually no. I genuinely don’t understand your first paragraph. I didn’t speak of increased damage about Blade Rush, just of an AOE component. Moving away is irrelevant since you were moving in a straight line and she still is quite on your heels. Why “autokill them”? you still have to cast it every x seconds. It’s not like it’s a passive aura or something. It was slower, that doesn’t mean it is SLOW. Blade Rush projectiles still are pretty fast moving even with the helix skill. And again, you’re both moving in a straight line, and taking a long time looking back, which is perfect for taking the shot. Hell, you can even see the actual impact on the ground when you look back, and it’s right there, at your feet. Frankly, I even think she did actually hit you !
just played a match where I hit shayne and aurox with both my R1 and L1 with rath and didn’t even lose health or shield.
Same match my ult did 140 dmg to him, but 260 to everyone else.
A minion this mach just killed me and it said it did 700 damage, but when you push square it only said it did 160 in total.
So yeah, maybe I just don’t know how to play video games. 
I also JUST used phoebe and activated her super before trying to teleport and it doesn’t work like that. She has to do the animation…so…I’m right again…
another minion. 666 total damage, press square, only 120 points of damage dealt.
Are there 4 damage/CC indicators? Because it caps out at 4 in the breakdown. Gali is probably just hitting you with so many sources of damage and CC at the same time that it doesnt all fit on the page. She isnt bugged, she just out DPS’s every other hero in the game currently and its not just single target, her AoE is good too.
@ZombieGuy Galilea ‘cant’ be overpowered because… sometimes people can run from her? that is … basically a confession to how overpowered she is, wow. Her greatest weakness is that sometimes other characters inconvenience her haha.
You people need to stop making stupid excuses, like for real. Yes there are times when the thing is capped out, but it isn’t every time.
No need for passive-aggressive thing, or even ad hominen, mate. You brought up an issue, I demonstrated almost nothing in the fight you linked us was wrong, I also aknowledged there is something off with SHOWN numbers in the recap. Essentially, there is nothing off with the actual, “hidden” maths behind the damage you took in your short video. Everything seemed correct and not out-of-proportions.
I even replicated the tp/ult combo that killed you to cover the very last uncleared issue :
I was slightly wrong, the TP has to be done before the ult. But as you can see from the upper right section, it’s super fast and the animation is mostly truncated by the TP animation. I could have opened with the Blade Rush skill but I forgot. It would have played a huge part in the timing anyway. The fun thing is that your opponent was even slightly SLOWER than me and could have casted his ult EVEN SOONER, as I synched the teleports.
Again, you were super slow to move and turn around, so you assumed the other was using some ungodly moves. No : you were just too slow. The same way you assumed you were one-shot, which isn’t the case. 4seconds is kind of a very LONG oneshot, isn’t it ?
Everything that happened to you on the very video you posted was perfectly legit. There isn’t any discussion left to pick up at that point about that issue.
What does this leave us at ? Simple, and I feel like a parrot repeating the same thing : the recap is broken and/or completely useless since it doesn’t display everything that actually happened. I guess this is maybe why they never included a combat log in Path of Exile, any bug would have created a mountain of complaints…
The most ironic thing about all that, is that it still doesn’t exclude possible calculations issues with other characters like Galilea ( and others, she can’t be the only one to take the heat
). They are still possible, but it’s not possible to track them with the recap. Basically, stop hurting yourself for now and stop using that square button when you die.
And for Pete’s sake, don’t go all commando on us because we analyzed a video and proved there was nothing wrong with it.
You didn’t prove anything. You made up stuff and pretended it was proof. What she did was impossible on every level.
