I’m sure they could find ways to make it balanced. For example, making it a kill skill like you said. Or making it only happen if your stack count of something was high enough. Etc…
maybe its per explosive shot from a torgue gun hits? when you get extra loot
Ability to summon your Tesla car.
Musk is also promising an ability to summon your car. Basically press a button on the Tesla smartphone app, the car will come to your front door, and when you return, it will park itself.
That would make me feel like Axton and his turret.
Im new and i think that it would be a great idea to have like and eridian gardian that spawns little ai that fight for you and eventually become mini invincibles that have lower health.
Why does everybody think on such a small scale for Torgue? He is made to explode, this is his only true and fitting action skill:

We have never seen a skill that tinkers with the amount of projectiles that a weapons shots at once.

Also, a cyborg character with various augmentations would be pretty cool again. Sentient deathtrap anyone?

I actually really like and support this idea. It has a lot of potential and gives me a really neat and creative idea. Again, minor spoiler warning here; but if any of you have played Tales from the borderlands, then you are aware “Loader Bot” is an ally to you, and if you make the right decisions you are able to keep him around long enough to love him as a character and hear all his cheesy lines, that when combined with his sheer power, make him an awesome team member. I think playing as this particular loader bot might be fun, as it could include some references to tales from the borderlands, be a character that nobody has played as, but people can be familiar with and offer very deceiver skill trees.
Action Skill:
“Terminating”:
“Become a badass loader, with the guns appearing in a similar manner to that of the Pirate Ship on Claptrap. The number of guns active are based around how many players are in the game.
So with one player only one of the four guns will fire when you activate the skill, for two players two fire and so on, the reason it’s called ‘Terminating’ is that when the skill times out the Badass Loader additions explode off and seek out a target as improvised seeker missiles dealing damage based around the targets level.”

Skill tree 01:
'Bul Loader":
A skill tree on survival and defensive capabilities, keeping your shield up, preventing yourself from going down, and bonuses for keeping shield capacity above half.
Bul Loader Capstone:
For 7 seconds your shield cannot be depleted, and in addition you are able to bypass enemies shields. This of course has a cooldown of moderate length to avoid being endlessly invincible.
Skill tree 02:
“Exp Loader”
A skill tree based around depleting your shield in order to gain buffs as well as skill that allows you to reduce your health temporarily in order to gain massive amounts of damage and movement speed.
Exp Loader Capstone:
A skill that allows you to convert the amount of shield capacity you have into damage and output damage of a combined explosive/shock element equivalent to the capacity of your shield.
Skill tree 03:
'Hot Loader"
A skill tree that includes many buffs to fire based damage, as well as a gamechanger called “hot ‘n’ cold” that allows any fire type damage to have a %2 of dealing cryo damage and thus freezing the enemy, with up to five available points resulting in a max chance of %10 freeze chance. This skill could also be boosted by a potential class mod.
Hot Loader Capstone:
Action skill is replaced with a flamethrower that last 10 seconds dealing insane fire damage with a %90 burn chance.

That’s where i was hoping to find a small bit of input, i can’t quite think of base action skill that would be fitting enough, as i have only just come up with this idea in the past few minutes.
One thing i have decided is that the base action skill should be called “Terminating”.

I don’t dislike the ideas you have just shared, these here i also find to have substance. My question for you would be what kind of character do you feel these are best suited for?
So perhaps a former atlas member, looking to claim what they believe to be theirs?
Or perhaps their motivation is solely dedicated to research?

Not bad. In particular i like the idea of being able to play as an insane character. Similar to how Kreig was, but way more out there.

I was thinking an RNG action skill where you might turn into a random loader type, or perhaps summon surveyors? Maybe even have the Helios Station moonshot reinforcements for you or a constructor summon? With the loader, you can have a lot of creativity, even more then Claptrap. I really hope a loader makes it into Borderlands 3.

Since Borderlands 3 will most likely be on Pandora again, perhaps a Scav with a jetpack to mix things up? I mean, there are no Scavs on Pandora so he would stick out like a soar thumb. Perhaps have skills that could distort gravity or throw those shiny moon axes around? Or suicide bomb like a lunatic. He could be a more mobile version of Krieg, and it would be a nice tribute to the now deceased 2K Austrailia.
