Does the prefix category “MOAR/MOARR” still assign itself to this specific COV legendary ?

Or is it just very rare to have this prefix on this particular drop ?

I am curious because I have been farming this pistol at low level 8-25 for the past week and this prefix just does not seem to appear on anything but the W/G/B/P rarities.

Any replies or helpful information would be greatly appreciated.
