Problems redeeming VIP rewards in game (BL 2 on Xbox One)

Hey guys and gals,

I’m having a problem with my VIP rewards not showing up in-game in Borderlands 2 on Xbox One. I’m not having problems redeeming the rewards online on the website, as I’ve already actually gotten a couple things, but they’re not showing up in the game when I log into my Xbox and try to play.

It’s gotta be a problem with the link to my Xbox, but the Shift website says my account is linked to my Xbox, and I’ve already redeemed many Shift codes, too.

I just joined the VIP program and I haven’t received any kind of confirmation email or anything like that either. But again, according to the website, my accounts are linked and I’ve already used some points to buy some stuff, so it’s obviously not a problem with my browser or pop-up blockers or anything like that.

Any ideas would be very helpful!


I actually used the points last night to buy a couple things, so they should be showing up by now, right? I’ve also already checked in the Extras section and no new codes or rewards were listed.

I’m trying to figure this out so I can pre-order and be confident that it’ll all work correctly.

Yeah, they were a couple of weapons and I’ve got the check marks in the first 2 boxes on the BL 3 card. I’ll check and see if it loaded to a different character, but I only really play with one, so it’s not like I would’ve been switching back and forth anytime recently.
