If it helps, game with Ambra was Co-Op Splitscreen. The match started off (right after Battleborn logi disappeared) with one player only visible (first player), and not splitscreen. Ambra’s name and icon was shown where Toby’s should have been. This went to Splitscreen set-up, but with staff gone on Ambra.
