[PS4] Did not receive Pre-Order Bonus for BattleBorn Digital Deluxe

I’ve logged on and checked and I didn’t get any of the battle born Digital Deluxe Pre Order Bonuses.

Please advise

Did you complete the prologue mission yet? I didn’t get my bonuses until after the prologue.

Me and my friends are on PS4 Asia and no one got a bonus contents

I have purchased mine on PSN Malaysia , it shows the Bonuses are installed, but I receive none of them… Contacted Support and waiting for their reply.

I tried re-installing the game. Didn’t work either. oh well worth a shot… Hopefully this gets resolved soon

I think it’s Asia problem. I have received one reply from support told me to clear the cache through turning off PS4 and wait for several minutes before start it again. It didn’t work for me though, I am waiting for the second solution from them.

Anyone come up with the solution please post here, thank you in advance.

Even deleted and re-installed a game don’t work. This really pissed me off and Sony support took forever to reply.

Just to update. I have provided to Gearbox Support as requested my purchase order email proof, screenshot showing battleborn digital deluxe is purchased in playstation store and the ingame video showing me navigating through the Battleborn heroes that should have the skins and/or taunts.

You bought it on Asia PSN too? I am still waiting for their reply…

I only got Firstborn DLC Pack, but I did not get any Digital Deluxe bonus. The 5 exclusive Cyber Skins, 3x Legendary Loot Packs, Gold Pedestal and Gold title screen… The customer service replied me with a ■■■■■■■■ answer saying that they do not have any data of the product and gave an irrelevant link to some Battleborn figure…

Here’s what I said:

“Purchased the Pre-Order “Battleborn Digital Deluxe” at Asia PlayStation Store and did not receive Digital Deluxe in-game Contents. Even after uninstalling and re-downloading the game, the problem still persists. Apparently there are other people who are facing this problem and it has been highlighted in Gearbox Official Forums (FYI): [PS4] Did not receive Pre-Order Bonus for BattleBorn Digital Deluxe The other regions, US and EU PSN contents are working fine. The contents that are not working are the “Extra Digital Bonuses” indicated in their official website here: https://battleborn.com/en/buy/ Please kindly troubleshoot the issue, thank you!”

And their reply was:

“Regarding your enquiry of the game, we regret to inform that we don’t have any data of this game. Please kindly refer to:https://battleborn.com/en/news/view/en-exclusive-bonus-pre-order-battleborn-figures-at-select-retailers/ for more information. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.”

I don’t know if I was clear or they just don’t know anything about their product…
