PSN region is Asia if it makes any difference. Had great fun during the beta, but slightly disappointed with the release so far.

Have you checked the skins in the command menu? I thought I didn’t get them too because it doesn’t announce anything, they just appear.
Yup. Nothing in there. I think that even after basically a few days, multiple restarts, and apparently through two whole patches, that might Battleborn logo is still silver and doesn’t say Digital Deluxe really says it all.
I love this game and all, but I detest getting ripped off. Sure, $15 is next to nothing, but this is like getting spit at in the face for loving the game enough to pre-order a Digital Deluxe.
One of the things you could try is re-downloading the bonus through the PSN store. I’m not really sure if that will do it for you but its worth a try
I had a similar problem on the Xbox One with the pre-ordered version of the digital deluxe edition. The season pass seemingly unlocked fine, just not the pre-ordered golden skins. Microsoft was no help, they told me to call Gearbox and gave me the wrong number to call them, lolwut.
