PS4 dlc issues bhjc

I got the digital copy of handsome jack collection. I bought the commander Lilith dlc and downloaded it. In game it says purchased but not downloaded. I uninstalled both and reinstalled no change.

Have u tried actually accessing the DLC from in game? Meaning, does it appear in your fast travel window?

No I haven’t tried that yet. I’ll try that tonight after work

Thanks. I checked out the fast travel and it allowed me to go to dlc.
