During the void’s edge boss fight with the conservator.
I had activated abyssal form and was ‘under the ground’ as she goes when the teleport to the void realm phase triggered. I did not get teleported withe the group. The conservator’s health bar went back to full but it just sat there for awhile.
I got its health to about 50% when I died. I respawned in the void with the team. When we finished that phase and reemerged, the conservator’s health was where I left it.
