Yday during Incursion, the Montana minigun/spingun was invisible throughout the entire mission. All that was showing were the hands + the shots hitting.

After death and re-spawn, the loudout prompts suggest unlocking of gear even thou all 3 are unlocked and engaged. Happened repeatedly yday both during Meltdown and Incursion.
