I am just desperate at this point. I have followed several of the guides posted here, but no matter what any attempt to download my character save crashes the game. I am fine with losing my guardian ranks and skins, I just want to play my characters.

Deleting profile save didn’t worked either?

It allowed my zane to go through, but my moze is still crashing the game.
