I play both Fl4k and Moze and though I feel like they don’t ever give us what we need they have tried, the newest Moze mod was an honest attempt to give her survivability but… yeah. Same with stakbot for Gitm, it should have been like redfang is to gammaburst.
I do know for a fact they read what they can on the forums since I play with the dude that recommended bighead mode, @jbow2020.
It has the chance to plant a seed that may one-day sprout through their creative process. If not alot of us like reading them.
They also confirmed they are looking into redoing the under-performing class mods. However they will be in a patch not hotfix since it delves into game mechanics.
For one, I think you have to treat this forum more like a community of players rather than a place to influence gearbox devs. 99% of this forum is players talking with players. Update threads and sometimes bug posts have devs pop in.
That being said, as much as the idea of this Life Steal mod seems a little brutal and boring, I think it’s pretty obvious that they got the idea for it from this forum.
There have been a ton of posts about Moze needing sustain, and a lot of people here have suggested things eerily similar to the Sapper mod.
The devs won’t just read the forums and see the handful of regulars here that have condemned adding sustain to a mod as her only sustain option other than Vampyr. They see the sheer number of people constantly rant about sustain and demanding a new mod with things like Life Steal.
I feel like this is our own doing to be honest, as a collective not individually.

indeed a lot of people are complaining about the missing sustain
but also a lot of people point out that you cant just duct tape fix this with a class mod
class mods are there to enhance the gameplay of already complete and balanced character and GB should probably know this even better than the people on this forum
