Let me guess… You team is a pre-made, experienced level 100"s going against beginners. Of course they will leave. Your opponents have already experienced such outmatched battles a couple of times. They know what’s coming. Reporting won’t do anything. The system only serves as a false security means to please those with angry/sad/dissatisfied emotions. It makes those that are reporting think something bad might happen to those that get reported but developers know better than that. Reporting someone for leaving a match won’t affect anyone it only gives a false pleasant feeling to those pressing the button.
If the scenarios was as I described, the shame is on you for not leaving before the match started or finishing the match on your first push. If the situation was not as I defined then I can understand the frustration. A single push against your team is no reason to leave right away… unless you see your teammates playing like noobs and unable to get out of the sentry even once.
